Honey Sesame Candies


2 Cups Honey
4 Cups Hulled Sesame Seeds


Directions: Mix, spread, and bake at 280 Deg in the oven. Cut into pieces as it cools. Once cool, enjoy the healthy snack!




Pancakes


2 Cups Flour
4 Cups Water
2 Eggs
1/2 t Salt
1 t Baking Soda
2 T Coconut Oil


Directions: Mix the flour (preferably fresh ground) and the water together the evening before making pancakes. This allows the flour to begin breaking down and you will get the total nutrition. The next morning, mix in the remaining ingredients, and enjoy! Don't forget to use healthy toppings like Grade B Maple syrup or Honey.
